Cancellation of order: Customer should email us regarding return of the product before shipping the product from our end.
Returns/ Replace post receiving the product: If the customer wishes to return/replace the product after it has been delivered to him in full, the following conditions may apply-
- Such request will not be accommodated after 7 days of product delivery.
- We do not accept returns/replacements for used products.
- If a product is unused, and can be returned in the original condition without any damage, only then the product will be acceptable by us.
- After receiving the product in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund or replace the product with another product of same value
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping fee will be dued by the customer and the customer will also provide a tracking ID.

- Free shipping is available for orders of INR 2000 or more. Orders where free shipping applies, are not expedited. For orders that are lower than 2000/-, a convenience charge of Rs. 50 applies.

- We are committed to delivering products within 15 business days after the order is being confirmed. This timeline do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings, via mail.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made for you at our earliest.
